About
Little Stepping Stones

Holistic speech therapy and occupational therapy to empower your child

At Little Stepping Stones Allied Health Centre, every small achievement and progress your child makes is worth celebrating—because these “little steps” build the path to lifelong confidence and independence.

Founded in Melbourne, we specialise exclusively in paediatric speech therapy and occupational therapy for children aged 0 to 15, providing evidence-based assessment and therapy tailored to each child's interests and their functional goals.

We support your child in achieving their full potential by improving their independence and confidence in everyday life skills through our holistic and family-centred services.

We recognise and advocate for neurodiverse children's needs and embrace their strengths and interests. We pride ourselves on empowering our clients and caregivers to take steps towards their goals.
